This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through jmpro.link (operated by jmpro). Payments are processed by our authorized payment provider, Paddle (paddle.com).
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is free of charge. No payments are collected and no refunds apply.
3. PRO Plan — Cancellation
You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- You retain PRO access until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-day money-back guarantee: If you subscribed for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.
- Service outage: If jmpro.link experienced significant downtime (more than 48 hours) during your paid period, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Accidental duplicate charge: If you were charged twice due to a technical error, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund requests made after 7 days from the initial subscription date (for subsequent billing cycles).
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spam, abuse, policy violations).
- Partial month or unused subscription periods (except as noted above).
