2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use jmpro.link. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

By using jmpro.link you agree to use the service lawfully. You must not create shortlinks pointing to:

• Illegal, fraudulent, phishing, or malicious content
• Malware, ransomware, or executable files designed to harm
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Content that violates copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Hate speech, violent content, or content illegal in any jurisdiction

4. Account & Subscription

jmpro.link offers a free plan and a paid PRO plan (€20/month). Payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Free plan limits: 5 shortlinks per month, 5,000 clicks per month. PRO plan: unlimited shortlinks, unlimited clicks (subject to fair-use anti-abuse limits).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time. Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Account Suspension

jmpro.link reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts and links that violate these terms, without prior notice. Abuse including automated bot traffic, spam, or malicious linking may result in immediate termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on jmpro.link (logo, design, code) is the property of jmpro.link. You retain ownership of the URLs you shorten.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. jmpro.link does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

jmpro.link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We are not responsible for misuse of shortened links by third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

jmpro.link may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
